Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Northern Dreams Travel services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and all services provided by Northern Dreams Travel.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Service Description

Northern Dreams Travel provides guided wilderness adventure services throughout Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Guided wilderness tours and expeditions
• Wildlife viewing experiences
• Cultural heritage tours
• Photography workshops
• Multi-day wilderness adventures
• Equipment rental and provision

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any tour or service for safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled adventure. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers.

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in government taxes, fees, or unforeseen cost increases beyond our control.

Group discounts and special promotional rates are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee

Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund of total cost

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good physical health and capable of participating in outdoor wilderness activities. All participants must complete a health questionnaire and waiver before participating in any adventure.

We require all participants to follow safety guidelines and instructions from our professional guides. Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and personal items as specified in our pre-trip information. We provide all specialized equipment unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

Northern Dreams Travel acts only as an agent for suppliers of travel services and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the use of any vehicle, accommodation, or service provided by independent suppliers.

Participants acknowledge that wilderness activities involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all participants.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and multimedia content, is the property of Northern Dreams Travel and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless participants specifically opt out. We respect your privacy and will obtain consent for any identifiable use of your likeness.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy legislation.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Force Majeure

Northern Dreams Travel is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, war, terrorism, or labor disputes.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or rescheduling options for affected participants.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province where our services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Canada.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
